Evolve believes that the younger you start training the better.

Evolve’s Philosophy is that children must be coached differently than adults.  They must be placed in an environment where learning Martial Arts is rewarding, and applicable in a self defense situation. Many programs out there offer instruction to young children that does little else than give a child a false sense of accomplishment and security.

The Evolve Youth MMA program is ran by Jessica Zomcik and Ryan Arce.  It is designed to teach practical Martial Arts including Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, and Mixed Martial Arts; the culmination of many different disciplines of self-defense.  Most schools are just focused on charging you for a belt fee rather than taking the time to teach your child a lifelong art. We believe we owe it to your child to provide him or her with the best instruction possible in a positive and disciplined environment.  It takes time and effort to gain expertise in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Boxing, and MMA.  All of our coaches are experts in martial arts and have competed at high levels.  Children will NOT become a black belts in a year at Evolve.  However, they will attain real and valuable knowledge of self defense, it will improve their self confidence, and during the process they will becoming more physically and mentally fit.

We offer classes Monday through Friday from 5:30 pm to 6:15 pm  Each class focuses on a different martial art, allowing the children to become well rounded in each aspect, while maintaining their interest for an extended period of time.  Children can also step up to the fundamental training classes at 5:30 p.m, after gaining proficient knowledge and competency of the martial art.

As an added bonus, all sports performance and fitness classes are included in their membership fees.
