Learn Real Boxing from an experienced Boxing Coach.
This class is great for learning self defense and the art of boxing, and it will get you into awesome SHAPE!
During class you will learn the fundamentals of boxing, along with footwork and how to hit mitts. You can also participate in “Dutch Drills” which is when you spar lightly without full contact.
This class is open to anyone ages 14 and up and is great for all fitness levels and skill sets.
