Performance Fitness Group Training

performanceFitnessThe Heart and Soul of Evolve is our Performance Fitness Group Training program.  This class is one hour in duration and instructed by professional fitness coaches.  We have taken the best aspects from kettle bell, suspension training, boot camp, core training, functional movements and cardio conditioning to create the ultimate in Fitness Training!  Why waste your time going to the gym and doing the same thing over and over again with little to no results when you can go to Evolve 3 days a week and get into the best shape of your life?!

Periodization of our program occurs in such a way that adaptation never occurs and members are continuously improving in physical strength, stamina, flexibility and core stability.  Every day is always something different and guaranteed to be challenging.  Our environment is highly motivating and instructors are here to create the best atmosphere in the fitness industry and always ensure members are using the proper technique in all of their movements.  Evolve training is a results based program where members will achieve a high level of fitness in a short period of time.  Unlike most fitness programs, Evolve will never be boring and members will always be improving!

This allows for individuals to focus on their own goals and take their training to whatever levels they never thought possible!

Classes consist of a supervised dynamic warm up, stretching, fitness training, and cool down.  You do not need to worry about anything except showing up and challenging yourself!  The coaches handle all the program design and motivation!
