Cardio Kickboxing is taught by Evolve’s highly trained and competitive Kick-boxers. This class offers a great way to stay in shape while learning the fundamentals of kickboxing. You will learn footwork, proper striking techniques, and self-defense. The recommended age for this class is 14 and up, and it requires no previous experience of any form. Cardio Kickboxing fits a wide range of fitness levels from beginners to elite athletes, and offers everyone the chance to get their heart rate up while learning to fight.
Classes are available Tuesday’s and Thursday’s from 10:00-10:40 a.m.
