Strength and Conditioning play a major part in our training program. If you are not strong or in shape, how can you perform drills at a high level for a sustained period of time? If there is no repetition and quality training, there is no improvement.
Fundamentals are key.
The stronger you are athletically, the faster you will run, the higher you will jump, and the more agile you will become. The better your conditioning and mental toughness, the longer you will be able to compete at a high level. The training MUST be tougher than the competition. If not, you are wasting your time!
